A peace and environmental activist, Senator Ludlam has worked for a nuclear-free Australia and nuclear-free world. His work has spanned issues as diverse as preventing uranium mining at Jabiluka and Western Australia, Aboriginal land rights, peace, military bases, climate change, trade, globalization, and energy market reform.
